UGLY BETTY is ...

Ugly Betty is quite possibly the worst show I've ever seen. I'm surprised that it has done as well as it has. The guy from the L Word is hot, but that is the show's only redeeming quality. I hate it that I have to sit through Ugly Betty in anticipation of Gray's. Ho Hum.
So, I've been pretty grumpy all week. Work has been busy, my assistant is quitting, and I heard that they aren't replacing her. I've had a cold that has slowed me down. I didn't take my happy pills consistently and I think that played into the grumpyness as well.
This weekend I've been invited to a party on Friday and one on Sat, but I don't have anyone to go with/take with me. This makes me feel lonely. I will probably rest and scrapbook alot this weekend. My weekends vary from VERY exciting to VERY boring. There is not much inbetween anymore. I'm definately slowing down and growing into my age. I mean, I am almost 30.
So, I'm still trying to decide what I want to be for Halloween. One idea is to be the crazy cat lady. What do you think?

We are...Penn State

So, I'm at the country house with my girls. Sarah, Corey, Courtney and I drove to State College, PA to visit Dana. We stopped at Cracker Barrel (of course) on the way up. We had a fabulous breakfast at Denny's this morning. Dana's friend has a pimped-out-tailgate that we are going to shortly. I think she rented a RV. A day of debaucherous drinking will start real soon. Hopefully we can keep Corey away from the Tontos. (Tonto = the State College version of trashcan punch = gets you real f&*ked up.) Okay, hopefully I'll have more stories later today. Peace. ck

I Did It All for the Nookie, Yeah, The Nookie, So You Can Take That Cookie

I went to Boston last weekend to visit Kristen and Catty and had a blast. Friday night they picked me up from the airport and we went straight to the bar. Within an hour I met a guy named Danny. He’s kinda like a more fit version of Harry from Sex in the City. He shaves his head and has a cute grin. We made out at the bar. (Classy, I know.)

Saturday the girls and I went to Harvard Square and Harvard. Saturday night we ate the most fabulous Italian food I’ve ever had. This place had about 10 tables and is definitely run by the mafia, but the food was excellent. Then we went to a bar called Ned Devine’s. They had a cover band which played 80’s Rock. Danny and his friends came over for late night parting and nookie. Sunday we nursed our hangovers and I got on a plane to go home.

Boston seems to have a 10:1 Guy to Girl Ratio. I love that city.

Peace!

OMG...It's October

So, apparently Sept flew by. I'll update you on the highlights:
1) I worked quite a bit because busy season has begun
2) My assistant at work gave her 2 weeks notice. This really sucks because I enjoy working with her. She is fun and smart and we are in sync with our working styles. Once she leaves, I expect my workload to double.
3) I had dinner with my ex-boyfriend. It was very plutonic. I felt as though I was getting to know someone I already knew in a different way. We had dinner, went to his place, giggled and watched TV. I feel asleep on his couch and got up at 5am to go home. I'm glad that we didn't sleep together. I think I might have gotten confused if we had.

That's the Sept Report. Talk to you soon!
